Our involvement encompasses crafting the business model, evaluating the necessary local market entry prerequisites, and orchestrating the launch into the target market. This undertaking embodies a true “Green Field” opportunity within the “Transport_as_a_Service” domain. The company operates within a global Total Addressable Market (TAM) projected to reach $2.2 trillion by 2030.
G2KL supported a major Telco client in a Post Merger Integration of a Joint Venture (JV) in China, focusing on harmonizing its IT landscape for 20,000 users. This effort encompassed migrating to Cloud Connected Audio, implementing a comprehensive IT support structure, and establishing a new ecosystem. The consultant’s expertise ensured a successful Day 1 operation for our client, marked by zero major escalations.
One of our consultants was integrated into a prominent IT provider for the world’s largest SAP HANA migration program, TCV valued at over €120 million. Our consultant assumed full profit and loss (P&L) accountability for the program.
G2KL assisted a major telecommunications company in creating its Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution. We collaborated closely with Citrix developers to establish a scalable service capable of accommodating up to 10,000 MDM users.

G2KL designed and implemented an IT landscape for a prominent telecommunications provider and mobile handset manufacturer, enabling them to export US software and IT equipment to embargo-designated countries. This involved constructing a cross-border lease structure in compliance with Embargo and OFAC regulations. Through this approach, G2KL successfully mitigated a significant risk with a combined value of €1 billion. The executed hardware lease contract spanned three years, amounting to a total contract value of €4 million.
G2KL spearheaded a successful Exchange 2007-2010 migration and consolidation initiative, streamlining six mail exchange hubs into three centralized hubs that catered to more than 88,000 Exchange mailboxes. This consolidation resulted in significant cost savings for the end client.
